My stay at City Stay Grand Hotel Apartments was a mixed bag. The location was fantastic, being just a short walk from the Mall of the Emirates, but the apartment itself had quite a few issues. From the broken sofa beds to the dirty carpets, it really detracted from what could have been a comfortable experience. I had good service from some staff, but overall, I felt it didn't offer the value for money I expected.
